About this app

Docmost is a document management and collaboration platform for teams that want a structured wiki rather than a folder of loose files, with real-time co-editing, comments, page hierarchies, and native Mermaid diagrams built into the editor. People who choose Docmost consistently cite two things. One is no per-seat licence fee eating into the budget as a team grows. The other is keeping documentation on infrastructure they control rather than a vendor's cloud. Both are recurring themes in write-ups from teams moving off mainstream wiki and workspace tools. Its own differentiator: the free Community edition supports unlimited users, with real-time collaboration included for everyone, not gated behind a per-seat plan. OIDC and SAML single sign-on both require the Enterprise tier. Everything else, including real-time collaboration, comments, version history and diagrams, is available on the free Community edition.
