How do I build a new OSS SaaS platform that businesses trust with their data? I don't want to take the risk of being responsible for someone else's operations if I'm not 100% confident in it myself.
My answer is to break it up
I have no chance of delivering a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use system in one go. I need to be able to iterate while building it. For now, that means shipping applications and seeing what breaks.

The list includes professional tools like a CRM, file storage, and team messaging, but also more personal ones like a meal planner and travel planner. I want to see how the infrastructure holds up across very different use cases, not just the obvious business ones.

Things will break, and that's the point
It will help me learn. So have a look and play around. If you spot any issues or manage to break something, let me know. That feedback is the most valuable thing I can get right now.
