About this app

Zulip is a team chat app organised around topic-based threading: every message sits inside a topic within a channel, so conversations stay easy to follow and search even as a team grows. It supports SAML, OIDC, and LDAP single sign-on, a REST API and webhook framework for integrations, and native apps for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. People who switch to Zulip consistently point to one thing: its threading model keeps conversations organised instead of blending into whatever comes next. It also gives each thread a natural end point rather than trailing off. Teams that migrated to it say this makes it far easier to follow discussions across time zones and pick up context days later. Every feature, including SSO, the REST API, and unlimited users, is available self-hosted at no cost.
