Stirling PDF is a robust, locally-hosted web application that lets you perform a wide range of operations on PDF files entirely within your browser. It supports over 50 PDF tools including merging, splitting, converting, compressing, watermarking, and editing PDFs with no data sent to third-party servers. The application is built on Spring Boot and provides both a user-friendly web interface and a REST API for automation.
