About this app

Planka is a self-hosted Kanban board for organising projects and tasks across boards, lists, and cards, with realtime updates across every connected client. It supports task checklists, due dates, and OpenID Connect login for teams that already run an identity provider. People who pick Planka consistently point to how quickly a team can get going with it. The board layout, cards, and day-to-day interactions read as instantly familiar to anyone who has used a mainstream Kanban tool before, so there's little relearning involved. Every change also syncs in realtime the moment someone on the board makes it. Custom branding, the calendar and map views, recurring cards, and the restricted Worker and Guest roles for external collaborators all need the paid Pro tier; everything else is available in the free Community edition.
