About this app

Norish is a household-first recipe manager for planning meals, sharing grocery lists, and cooking together in real time. It imports recipes from a web link, a photo, or a short video, with AI fallback when the built-in parser can't read a source, and keeps meal plans and grocery lists in sync live across everyone in the household. What sets Norish apart from most recipe managers is that it's built for several people to use the same recipe box at once: a grocery list edited on one phone updates instantly for everyone else, with no manual sync or refresh needed. Recipe import also goes further than a web link, turning a photo of a handwritten card or a short cooking video into a structured recipe when AI import is configured. Every feature, including AI-assisted import, meal planning, and nutrition tracking, is available self-hosted at no cost, with no paid tier.
